I’ve had problems with using HTC Sync to sync.

Answer seems to be to get a bigger SD card…

Please, we need a sync client for Mac OS X. Next time, release a version of syncing for Mac.

Returning my phone after my trip along with cancelling sprint. The point in having retail outlets is to set up “Experts” that actually know what they are doing. This device much like other devices is designed only for windows machines. Thanks I’ve made my choice now after 12 years of service with sprint.

HTC Sync has been problematic and as Jose A. pointed out it does not work on a Mac. There are a lot of other sync solutions available and http://www.syncdroid.net lists them in a chart with overviews of the software and links to find them (many free). There is one solution available for Macs and that is The Missing Sync (take courage, Jose). It is listed at syncdroid also.

What I did was export my Outlook contacts and calendar to .csv files and then uploaded them into my GMail account. Now I can use the GMail calendar feature to get reminders at my work email and text messages to my phone, and it was all free with no problems!
