SprintThe HTC Hero has now passed through the FCC and the interesting point is that it was the CDMA version they tested. This means that a Sprint-compatible handset is now approved for sale in the US and adds to the growing rumours of Sprint getting exclusive hold of the Hero.

Previous rumours point to an October 11th release date for the Hero in the US, although so far this has not been confirmed. Check out some screengrabs after the break.
