I love the device but it sorely needs an update. There are functions that make the unit behave quite slowly for periods of time. Coming out of a phone call, for example, takes so much time before you can do anything with the unit. Wireless sync has a few issues, too, most notably duplicated entries. Can you provide at least an outside guess when we might see an upgrade? Here we are in February 2010 and not a peep about Android 1.6 or 2.0 for the Hero.
