Sprint HeroWe brought news earlier that the GSM HTC Hero should be getting the Android 2.1 update by the end of March. We now have news straight from Sprint that says the Sprint Hero will be receiving the same update during “early 2Q10”. Exact timelines aren’t known, but being optimistic, I’d say we’re looking at an April release date. Click through for a screencap of the tweet.

….right. I’ve been waiting for an update for my bluetooth since I got the phone.

I’m sure we’ll get the “wrong” end of the stick as far as updates go.

They’ll probably release another model for Sprint before they release an update for the htc hero.

This phone is by far the best phone in Sprint’s growing arsenal. This Phone is solid and fast. The phone is great and the HTC skinning of android is superb.
