HTC Hero photography

Postby pbrstreetgang » Wed Oct 21, 2009 11:16 pm

Despite some reviews claiming "so so" camera performance i find i am not in agreement! given some good light the images are more then acceptable for a mobile phone camera.

Have had my hero for a liitle over 2 weeks and am still being impressed by it! i am a forum admin on a shipping website and keen amatuer photographer, these 2 things go hand in hand most days. I traded in an iphone 2G 8GB to get the hero and have no regrets (can someone please tell me what all the iphone fuss is really about??) I dont have the "mobile internet" connection on all day, i enable it 4-5 times a day, and getting nearly 4 days out of the battery too ;-)

Took the following pics at the docks local to me (near Liverpool) and uploaded them from the phone to my Picasa web albums, geotagged too! white balance set to cloudy to give better colours
